Hi. I’m Roxanne.
I’m an experienced executive assistant and operations manager who sees business as more than just a vehicle for quarterly profits. I know that good business is ultimately all about people. With that in mind, my primary goal is making sure your work life flows smoothly.
In addition to writing training documents, marketing copy, HR memos, and corporate presentations, I’ve designed websites and led sales and operations teams for Fortune 500 brands, mid-sized LLC’s, and itty-bitty single-owner shops (I’ve even had one of my own).
Before moving into freelance marketing, I spent two decades in office management, department management, and install project coordination with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Through various roles, I have coordinated dozens of concurrent installation projects, 200 simultaneous furniture manufacturing projects, and been assigned responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day details of operations across a variety of spectrums.
